COST

From $5000 per person double occupancy, airfare quoted at the time of purchase. A $500 per person non-refundable deposit, completed Client Profile, travel agreement, and photocopy of your passport must be  received no later than June 14, 2026 to secure your spot at this rate. Please see terms of service prior to submitting. Trip balance must be paid in full no later than June 14, 2026 (30 days prior to departure).

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Travel insurance is highly recommended. We offer travel insurance quotes for every trip we book. If cancellation notice is received, refunds will be as follows:

• 120 or more days before departure, Full refund of your trip payments less your deposit and a flight credit for any airfare booked.
• 91 to 119 days before departure, 50% of your trip payments less your deposit and a flight credit for any airfare booked.
• 90 days or less before departure, No refund.
