PACKAGE PRICE & BOOKING TERMS
Pricing is dynamic and subject to availability and change. The final package rate is not guaranteed until booked and ticketed. To secure your spot and your rate, the following must be received no later than 30 days before departure: Full payment, completed Client Profile, travel agreement, and photocopy of your passport. Please review the terms of service prior to submitting your booking.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Travel insurance is highly recommended. We offer travel insurance quotes for every trip we book. If cancellation notice is received, refunds will be as follows:
- 60 or more days before departure, Full refund of your trip payments less our planning fee and a flight credit for any airfare booked.
- 31 to 59 days before departure, 50% of your trip payments less our planning fee and a flight credit for any airfare booked.
- 30 days or less before departure, No refund.
