Package price is dependent on departure city. Total payment, completed client profile, St. Lucia Carnival 2027 Group Addendum, and photocopy of your passport must be received no later than May 16, 2027 to secure your spot.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Travel insurance is highly recommended. We offer travel insurance quotes for every trip we book. Unused portions of the trip are non-refundable. If cancellation notice is received, refunds will be as follows:

• 7 months before departure, Refund of trip payments less planning fees, non-refundable supplier deposits, and supplier penalties, and airfare credit if flight already ticketed.
• 4 to 6 months before departure, 50% refund of trip payments less planning fees, non-refundable supplier deposits, and supplier penalties, and airfare credit if flight already ticketed.
• 4 months or less before departure, No refunds.
