PACKAGE PRICE & BOOKING TERMS

Pricing is dynamic and subject to availability and change. The final package rate is not guaranteed until booked and ticketed. To secure your spot and your rate, the following must be received: Full payment, completed Client Profile, travel agreement, and photocopy of your TSA approved identification. Please review the terms of service prior to submitting your booking. Estimated trip price is based on double occupancy, current supplier pricing and projected group size. Group pricing is dependent upon minimum participation. If participation decreases or supplier costs change before final confirmation, pricing may be adjusted.

NOT INCLUDED

Travel insurance, baggage fees, seat upgrades, spa treatments, meals not specified, gratuities, optional activities, hotel incidentals, and items not specifically listed are additional.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Travel insurance is highly recommended. We offer travel insurance quotes for every trip we book. The planning fee is non-refundable at all times. All other refunds are subject to supplier terms and penalties. If cancellation notice is received, refunds will be as follows:

• Through Dec. 15, 2026: Refund of otherwise refundable payments, less professional fees and supplier penalties.
• Dec 16, 2026–Mar 15, 2027: Up to 50% of otherwise refundable trip payments, less applicable fees and penalties.
• Mar 16, 2027 and later: Trip payments are non-refundable except where a supplier provides otherwise.
