COST

A $625 per person non-refundable deposit, completed Client Profile, travel agreement, and photocopy of your passport must be  received no later than March 15, 2025 to secure your spot and rate. Please see terms of service prior to submitting. Three additional payments of $625 per person will be made monthly. Your trip balance must be paid in full no later than July 15, 2025 (2 months prior to departure).

Payment 1 - $625 non-refundable deposit due by March 15

Payment 3 - $625 due by April 15

Payment 4 - $625 due by May 15

Payment 5 - $625 due by June 15

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Travel insurance is highly recommended. We offer travel insurance quotes for every trip we book. If cancellation notice is received, refunds will be as follows:

• 60 or more days before departure, Full refund of your trip payments less your deposit and a flight credit for any airfare booked.
• 31 to 59 days before departure, 50% of your trip payments less your deposit and a flight credit for any airfare booked.
• 30 days or less before departure, No refund
